Grilled cheese sandwich

Look at this beautiful spinach cilantro and Dill that I picked for dinner tonight I'm going to make a grilled cheese sandwich with spinach cilantro and Dill in it

Something different and I get to use my vegetables out of my garden and herbs so I'm really excited

Tip: I melt the butter in the pan instead of putting it on the bread its self

Will be doing this again!!!  YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight's dinner is salmon pattie on top of sweet corn with onions on a bed of lettuce and the lettuce is out of my garden

And the meal for tomorrow or sometime salmon pattie on top of sweet corn and onions

Fresh lettuce

Just went out into the rain to pick some fresh lettuce for dinner tonight not sure if I will have veggie burgers or just a fresh salad :) 

French toast in a cup

First attempt at making french toast in a cup

First I want to tell you that when you take the cup out of the microwave it is very hot

Secondly I use soy milk instead of regular milk and I used some fresh syrup instead of regular syrup

It turned out pretty good I was very surprised but I think one day during the summer I'm going to run to the store and get regular milk and regular syrup and tried again and see how different it taste

Please remember when you take the cup out of the microwave it is very hot I don't want You to burn yourself

Cook for 2 min.

Baked apples

Going to make some baked apples with cinnamon and sugar for something sweet tonight....yummy :-)

Butter and garlic pasta

Tonight's dinner butter and garlic pasta with brussel sprouts mixed in and sprinkled over the top is parsley and Dill
