I decided to take some time and make myself some breakfast this morning

so here's what I made some waffles in a little bit of butter with nothing on them because that's the way I like it and some vegetarian sausage in the same pan with no added butter just with what's in the pan and some fresh strawberries right out of the freezer because that's the way I like them
