I love the fact that I'm able to go in my kitchen and put together a plate of food like this and eat it instead of putting something in my body that isn't very good for me

A big thank you goes out to my best friend Angie Kuehne for helping me put these delicious black bean burgers together when she was up here last.... I love you sweetheart and I hope you have a fantastic weekend

Good morning!!

I'm not sure why but I'm up early and I decided to make myself this beautiful plate of food for breakfast it's an egg and cheese omelette with green peppers and tomatoes sprinkled over the top

Now that I sit here while I'm eating this and I think about it maybe this is a sign from my papa letting me know he's here with me we both enjoy cooking very much
